Olha Grygorchuk completed her Master's degree in Vocational Education and Training Management with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development at OVGU in 2023.

Originally from Ukraine, she has been living in Germany since 2018. Today she works as a HR consultant, job coach and project manager at Expert People Management GmbH in Saxony-Anhalt.

Her focus is on HR and management consulting as well as supporting the “Partners of Tomorrow” internship program, which connects young international talent with companies in the region.
