Our goal is to make it easier for students to enter the job market and to better prepare them for the requirements of the regional economy. And we need you for this!

As ambassadors for our project, you are the bridge between theory and practice. You share your experiences, provide valuable insights into the professional world and show how successful a career in Saxony-Anhalt can be. Together, we will create a network that not only opens up opportunities, but also has a lasting effect.

Sandra Baethge (IWD market research GmbH), Temitope Ibidunni Akinloye (University of Magdeburg), Dr. Kristin Wendt (German Aerospace Center) and Olha Grygorchuk (Expert People Management GmbH) are graduates of the University of Magdeburg and are now supporting a new initiative of their Alma Mater as ambassadors for their companies to connect international students with the regional economy at an early stage and make it easier for them to integrate and enter the regional skilled labor market.
